About Leave No Child Inside

San Francisco Bay Area
Children In Nature Collaborative

The Bay Area campaign to Leave No Child Inside has a newly formed guiding body called the Children in Nature Collaborative. Hooked On Nature is providing leadership for the collaborative and funding a part-time coordinator through June 2008.

Coordinator, Mary Roscoe has a passion and a vision for bringing people together.    With her guidance the collaborative will launch a website in December and host public forums to raise awareness of the physical, emotional, and spiritual health benefits of connecting children with nature. Over 150 individuals and 70 schools and organizations are currently involved.
